Go see Candi at the bar. She will not let you down & service is always amazing. We use to live here & always come visit when we can now & ask for her. I have celiac & they can always make it gluten free from the GF menu, have gluten free soy sauce. Prices are amazing compared to where we live north east especially for the price of nigiri. Wish I had pics to share (we love this place)!
Really enjoyed the outdoor seating area, server was super friendly and polite. They had a stellar deal on some hot sake which I took advantage of. The sushi was okay. They have an excellent dipping sauce. I would be interested in coming back and trying some of their non sushi dishes.
The lunch buffet is amazing! For someone new to eating sushi this a a great way to try different kinds just a piece at a time. I also love it is labeled with the ingredients for picky eaters like myself! Pretty sure I counted 16 different varieties of sushi on the buffet.
Just want to say this is an updated review since I haven't visited since before COVID and the buffet was shut down. Well, it's back! And it's just as good as it ever was. The price has gone up a few dollars, but what hasn't? As always, the buffet was kept full and clean even with a line waiting to get in. There are many different rolls to suit anyone's tastes, plus fried dumplings, tempura, noodles, and some incredible little mocha cakes! The wait staff was friendly and kept plates cleared, drinks filled, and tables turned over, quickly diminishing the line waiting outside. This is my go-to sushi place in Chattanooga and I'm so happy the buffet is back!
Awesome food and menu selection. Great atmosphere. I sat at the sushi bar. It wasn't too busy later on a weeknight but I'm sure you'd need reservations for a weekend.
This is my favorite spot for sushi. I come here quit often and always leave happy. You will not find fresher sushi around in Chattanooga. We usually start with the Ginger Salad and order a couple of rolls. A glass of wine and you have the perfect dinner. Yesterday we had lunch with a few friends and everyone loved their food. Service by Evan was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable about the menu and saki. We had a variety of sashimi and sushi, including Spicy Tuna-all excellent. They also have hibachi type meals, (I have had theTeriyaki Chicken and love it! ) Bento boxes, Ramen , fried rice etc. This is a very popular place so I recommend reservations! Parking lot across the street.
Great sushi spot in North Shore! I'm a big fan of sushi so my husband and I came here for my birthday dinner and I'm so glad we did! We made reservations (thankfully, because it was busy on a Friday night) and we were seated immediately when we showed up. Our waiter was quiet but attentive and friendly. He took our drink orders quickly after we sat down - I got a martini and my husband got a beer. For food, we ordered gyoza, miso soup (don't forget to check in on Yelp to get your free miso!), and we ordered about 6-7 sushi rolls. We quickly realized we had ordered too much food, but it was so fun trying all of the rolls and we just took the leftovers home for later. I definitely recommend any of the fried rolls (including the bagel roll everyone raves about), the Chef's Special roll, and the North Shore roll - those were probably our favorites! Definitely recommend Totto's for anyone looking for good sushi in Chattanooga!
This place is beyond amazing. Every roll we had was so delicious. It is a good drive away from my family but so worth it. We ordered: El Camaron Tennessee Crunch Mexican Roll Hulk Roll Ocean Pleasant Roll Toto crunch Rainbow Roll Eel Roll All were perfection. Don't forget to check in on Yelp and get your free miso soup.
